Lesson Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and smooth scheduling for all clients, the following cancellation policy will apply from 1st July 2025:

Cancellations within 24 hours:

• If a lesson is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time without a reasonable reason (such as horse lameness, illness, family emergency, or other extenuating circumstances), the lesson must be paid in full.

Cancellations with 24 hours’ notice or more:

• Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will be credited towards your rebooked lesson, provided the original lesson was paid in full prior to cancellation.

​

Weather-related or trainer cancellations:

• In the event a lesson is postponed due to weather conditions, or if I need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, your payment will be credited towards your next booking.

​

Waiver requirement:

• All clients are required to complete and sign a waiver before their first lesson for insurance purposes. This can be downloaded from our website below and must be handed to me at your first session.
